reopening sign
The OC Anxiety Center has been seeing patients via tele- and videoconference, and in discussion with other medical professionals, we are preparing to open the office again within a few weeks. Based on consultation with a medical specialist, we are configuring the office to minimize the risk for both staff and patients alike:

  • Posted protocol for entering the office.
  • Only one patient (or family group) in the waiting area at a time.
  • Only one clinician in the office seeing patients per day.
  • Each office will be equipped with a clear Plexiglas barrier separating
    individuals.
  • Use of air purifiers with HEPA filters.
  • A minimum of six feet between individuals at all times.
  • Contactless information exchange (e.g., receipts and homework assignments)
  • Cleaning all surfaces between patients.

While we cannot guarantee anyone’s safety, will take all the recommended steps to
minimize the risk. Additionally, the building owners have informed us that they
have already been cleaning the building and offices to a higher standard on a more
frequent basis.

As we have provided both video and teletherapy before COVID19, we will continue
to employ them for the indefinite future.

If you have any questions regarding coming to our offices, please feel free to call Dr.
Hsia at 949-689-5892.
